ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum 3 Adults per room with an extra mattress which is chargeable.
Family Room: Only 2 Adults and 2 Child below 12 years of age.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMINGS
Check-In time is 10.00 hours and Check-Out time is 08:00 hours. (For Hotel Shompen)
Check-In time is 12.00 hours and Check-Out time is 09:00 hours. . (For Symphony Palms beach Resort)
Early Check-In and late Check-Out is maximum of 2 hours and is subject to availability.
Guaranteed early Check-In or late Check-Out will be charged one night’s room rate.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
Reservations will be confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation. Any Hikes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals.
Full refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more
No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
No Refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec 2013 to 15 Jan.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
