Rangat is situated around 210 km from the Capital city Port Blair lies in the Middle Andaman. This destination can be reached from Port Blair by bus or personal cab.
This island is usually used as a pit stop while traveling from South to North Andaman and vice versa.

1) Ambkunj Beach - Lies on the way of Andaman Grand Trunk Road. A nice beach with an open sea to spend some time.
2) Dhanni Nalah Mangrove Walkway - A mangrove walkway similar to that of Baratang Island is present here. The stretch of this walkway is around 720 metre, which is much longer than the walkway in Baratang Island. The walkway in Baratang Island is used to visit the limestone Caves.
3) Panchavati Hills Waterfall - This is something you can try when in Rangat. Though the accessibility is a little difficult, however, is a nice place to enjoy a waterfall in the Andamans.
